SUPREME COURT NOMINEE ELENA KAGAN ON GUNS

During a meeting last week, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) showed Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan the flintlock rifle he received as NRA’s “Man of the Year,” to which Kagan responded, “It’s beautiful . . . Read more on Kagan’s record on guns and why senators should push Kagan to explain further her views on the right to keep and bear arms. The National Rifle Association has raised concerns about Kagan.
